Joyce is a committed and creative New Home Consultant with a passion for helping people design the home they want in the location that best suits their needs.  For the past 12 years, Joyce has guided many individuals and families through the design and decision-making process to create their dream homes.  She treasures the relationships she has built over the years and truly cares about the people she helps.  In her free time, Joyce enjoys spending time with her husband, her children and her 4 grandchildren.  She loves to garden and work in the yard.

Julie has a passion for helping people find a new home, either new construction or existing.  From understanding the market, to targeting a neighborhood, to identifying just the right home, Julie's enthusiasm and attention to detail ensure that the entire process is handled with professionalism and care.

 Julie enjoys and appreciates the true measure of success - referrals and repeat customers. When not showing homes to buyers or working in a model home, Julie enjoys precious moments with her college aged son, Nick. In her downtime, Julie enjoys a glass of fine wine and quiet walks with her black lab. 

Lynn and her husband, Gino, built their first home in 1994 and Lynn discovered her passion for the new construction process - especially the design process and detail management. She got her real estate license in 2002 and has appreciated the opportunity to help people make sense of the ever-changing industry. Lynn is professional, creative and energetic. She derives energy from helping people and is committed to making the construction and purchase of a new home fun! Lynn is also a partner in Miles Development Corporation.

Mark has been in the new construction industry since he was old enough to hold a hammer. He began his career in the construction arena as a carpenter and his passion for each aspect of home construction and the purchasing process was fed, as he evolved into sales and service. Mark has been a licensed real estate agent since 1982; and has helped many people understand how it all works. Mark is masterful at simplifying the many details of new home construction and ensuring that your expectations will be more than met on the day you move into your new home. Mark is also the founding partner of Miles Development Corporation.
